Did the Klu Klux Klan members wear different colored masks?

Going through my great grandparents attic, we came across a blue mask. We've heard stories that my uncle was a member of the KKK, and we were wondering if this is actually proof that he was, but we've never heard of a blue mask.Did the Klu Klux Klan members wear different colored masks?
Heh heh That's a joke right? KKK being colored?

But the grand wizard wears blue iirc.Did the Klu Klux Klan members wear different colored masks?
yes they wore alot of different colored hoods! but not masks! u should put a 187 on ur uncle for being a racist! oh were u grandparents kkk members too? if the were then they can suck my ballz too! sounds like u family is a bunch of racist rednecks to me!
they wore white hoods. they also called themselves ku klux klan, not klu klux klan.
.....well the Knock Knock Klan.....occasionally wear orange when the are attacking the apple trees....
I have heard of different colored uniforms for different ranks, or he may have been in a different white supremest clan/group
The Chief is wearing a Red Mask !!! That's important.

And they're always wearing big hats too .... to cover the

vacuum in their heads....
nope all white

bummer huh
Not as far as I know. But I'm far from an expert on the subject. =P
I've only heard of them wearing white sheets because they wer too cowardly to show their faces
i thought they just wore big white dunce hats
no i think the kkk just wore white hoodies and burnt down crosses and stuff and they wore a white cloth on their face it's not really known
Maybe your uncle held and officers position in the KKK. I have heard they do wear colored masks if you are a high official in their organization

Was your UNCLE black? Please read this link if he was black it says that sometimes blacks would wear blue masks with the KKK

I did hear that ***** members used to wear transparent masks
My grandfather tells me that they often used a mask to wear under the hood to hide their identity when they had to issue some corporal punishment and did not want the ';witness'; to know who they were.

Not because they were afraid of getting into trouble but more to intimidate. The ones that Did not want them around were more afraid of the Klan than they were of Bob the farmer wearing bed sheets.
nope just the white hoods. maybe he was a smurf for halloween one year!
was he albert pike
Some KKK members where different colors to represent high in rank. Not only your uncle might be a member, but he might of been the leader!
I don't like the KKK nor do I like what they stand for, but can anyone tell me why there is a law that says they cannot wear their masks while making a public appearance but the black panthers can wear masks to cover their faces AND carry assault rifles while marching in public.
Can't remember all the colors (it's been years since I did that report) but the Grand Dragon wore Purple (?) robes and hood. Different color robes and hood meant a higher ranking in the order. White robes and hoods were for the peons who did the grunt work. For you uncle to have a blue hood meant he had worked his way higher up in the organization
to my knowledge it was only white may be another faction
